Drew Garven

Drew has amassed more than 35 years of international experience leading and coaching high performance teams in multiple industries.

He is extremely experienced in organisational development and transformational change with a proven track record in designing and leading complex organisational change programmes. Drew has delivered organisational effectiveness programmes which produced step changes in production efficiency, enhanced safety and increased operational effectiveness.

Drew is a trusted advisor and critical decision maker who is extremely agile and an adaptable leader with exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. He is emotionally intelligent, collaborative and intuitive. Drew is also an inspirational facilitator with outstanding communication skills.


Qualified to Masters level, Drew has specialised in transformational change and cultural integration. He is also adept at dealing with complexity and has successfully designed and implemented robust process frameworks for business transitions and business closures.

Paul Gibson

Paul has 30 years of experience working in the engineering sector, 18 years of which have been within the oil & gas industry successfully delivering onshore and offshore projects – leading in strategic, technical and operational positions. Two years of this were in the unconventional space and three years in the Middle East.

Paul specialised in the delivery of continuous business improvement programs driving both transformational and incremental change.


These complex multi-faceted change projects have been inclusive of all business areas – Engineering, Projects, Construction, Commissioning, Production, Maintenance, Inspection, Planning, Process Safety, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Contractor Performance.

His experience in value-based decision-making combined with his proven track record of leading and motivating large multi-discipline, cross-functional teams makes Paul a huge asset in any team.

Stuart Bronson

Stuart has built on his chartered accountancy foundation and M&A background over the past 16 years to deliver transformational projects across many complex global organisations in logistics, oil & gas, and television, both as a leader of large teams and supporting leadership teams.
He has extensive finance, supply chain, performance management and transformation experience gained leading and supporting multi-disciplinary teams with a strong focus on leadership development, performance management and process improvements.

Stuart has worked on multiple M&A projects, both on buy-side and sell-side. This includes integration projects on two major acquisitions, leading a group carve-out in the oil & gas / logistics sector (all more than $1bn) and business turnaround leading to sale of a media company. Thriving in complex, ambiguous environments, Stuart leverages deep financial knowledge and a dynamic, problem-solving approach to deliver commercial outcomes that contribute positively to business performance and long-term team development.

Carl Hartford

Carl is a former RAF Wing Commander and a specialist in leadership development. He’s a qualified coach and trainer, holds a PhD and is a Senior Fellow in Leadership Studies at Portsmouth University. But Carl is no remote academic – he led a full review of all non-specialist training for the RAF, has consulted globally for multinational businesses and flew on active service during his career. He’s a pragmatic, direct-thinker used to dealing with uncertainty at speed.

Phil Smith

Phil has had a passion for human performance training and coaching for more than 25 years.
He believes in the knowledge that teams and individuals operating in critical environments can benefit from increased awareness on how to tackle the issues surrounding human error, leadership and behavioural change.

Phil gained his training and coaching experience within the RAF as the Senior Instructor at the Logistic Officer Training School. He also served in the role of Operational Crewman on Hercules and Chinook aircraft in several theatres of action. Since retiring from the RAF in 2007, Phil has gained immense experience through close observation and coaching of multi-disciplinary teams across a broad spectrum of industries.

Phil’s commissions range from the design and implementation of development packages for thousands of healthcare professionals across 150 NHS Trusts to the development of a Global Recommended Practice for Well Operations Human Factors Training for the International Oil and Gas Producers Association. Partners on the project included Shell, BP, BG Group and Maersk Oil.

Phil has been the keynote speaker at a number of international conferences from Brisbane, Perth, Houston, Baku and Tunis to Brussels, Cairo, Dubai, Doha, Muscat and London.

Matthias Stokes

Since graduating with an LLB in Law and an MA in International Relations, Matthias has gained 15 years of experience working on major oil & gas and engineering projects in the UK and Middle East as a specialist in Communications.

From building Communications functions within early-stage projects through to leading business and cultural change communication programmes and developing successful stakeholder engagement strategies, Matthias has in-depth experience on how to engage and influence audiences.

He has worked in both in-house and consultancy roles, with senior positions including Head of Communications in a variety of oil and gas companies. Matthias is passionate about building relationships, understanding and trust with stakeholders as the basis to achieving successful and sustainable outcomes.

Hana Robertson

Hana is an entrepreneur and business transformation consultant with industry experience spanning more than 15 years, specialising in Digital Transformation and Process Improvement.
Hana has a passion for inspiring change and innovation. Since graduating with a BEng & BCom Manufacturing Engineering and Business Management, she has progressed through various corporate roles within the Manufacturing sector, rising to senior management positions including Head of Continuous Improvement and Head of Digital.
Hana has held responsibility for creating strategic vision, plans and roadmaps and leading technical teams in delivery, managing system and applications uptime, upgrades and architecture, new client system integration implementations and software development using scrum methodology. She believes that the common thread throughout her operational progression has been a solid foundation in Lean principles backed up by successful change management.

With her blend of technical and commercial skills, Hana has grown her own consultancy business supporting the Manufacturing and Engineering sector in digitisation and the adoption of Industry 4.0, creating and implementing bespoke digital development plans tailored to the specific needs of her clients and their client’s needs.

Hana’s focus on change management has been key to building strong relationships based on trust, enabling her clients to embrace and embed digital change and technology adoption, which is key to staying ahead in an increasingly digital marketplace.

Kevin Blakey

Kevin is an asset management, maintenance and integrity expert with over 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry and six years in ports and logistics where his focus has been on transforming and optimising asset performance. He has led and delivered major Operational Excellence transformations, both on and offshore, for global operators including Chevron, Shell, BG Group and Maersk Oil in Europe and the Middle East, as well as leading the global maintenance strategy development for an international shipping and logistics conglomerate.

Kevin has proven success in embedding new systems, processes, technologies and ways of working in complex technical environments, supported by his extensive experience of behavioural and people-focused change, to deliver transformative performance improvements and operational outcomes.

A Lean practitioner and experienced PMO leader, Kevin also has expertise maintenance reviews, execution and ERP/CMMS system implementations, as well as instrumentation and controls, process automation, asset digitisation and Major Accident Hazards and prevention techniques.

He is also a member of the Institute of Engineering Technology (IET), has an MSc in Asset Integrity Management and is certified as an OIM in Major Emergency Management.
