Programme kicks off in Stuttgart

Internal growth within an organisation helps leaders build strong teams. Empowering people from within makes for a healthy, happy, and successful organisation. Organic capability models can be used across many disciplines in business.

Last week, Andrew Garven from 4C Partners, was in Stuttgart supporting the global rollout of an 18-month leadership development programme, designed to target incident and accident reduction in major industry. For many of these leaders, this was the start of big change, both for them and their organisations. We were excited to be a part of it and we’ll look forward to seeing their progress.
